Despite early reports that the app was reviewed and approved with the adult content, Apple has accused the developer of sneaking the content onto the app after an acceptable version was Car iPhone Wallpaper approved. Leung allegedly ignored further requests that the questionable images be removed. ?This was a direct violation of the terms of the iPhone Developer Program,? the statement reads.
