iPhone Wallpaper OS 3 Beta 4 early release notes

The iPhone OS 3.0 Beta 4 arrived just a little later than expected – but it's still good to see it, and nice to is iPhone Wallpaper see that the pattern of a new beta release every two weeks is continuing at a steady pace. This has been reported by several sites now.

iPhone 3.0

Some have only had the new beta installed for a short while, and so far have only noticed a few new things and changes. For now, we're going to be optimistic and hope there is some good bug squashing under the hood of this one – if it could stamp out the disappearing Call button and intermittent battery drain issues that would be very nice.

Here's some very quick thoughts on beta 4 so far, compiled from several sources:

* Many ran an update rather than restore again; it's quicker and easier.
* Biggest / only big change we've read about so far is iPhone Wallpaper

Apple sued once again - for censorship for iPhone Wallpaper

A site host for a wiki covering iTunes database exploration has opted to fight back against repeated legal threats from Apple by suing the iPod maker in court on grounds of censorship.

Censorship

The Electronic Frontier Foundation's (EFF) legal counsel helped site manager OdioWorks LLC file the lawsuit in a Northern District of California court on Monday as a measure it says will help defend against "bogus" legal threats from Apple iPhone Wallpaper.

OdioWorks, which runs the free and open wiki service BluWiki, wants to bar Apple from repeatedly threatening its own legal action simply for letting BluWiki users host a wiki for iTunesDB, a project to learn about iTunes' database file system and create third-party software that can replicate the sync functionality of iTunes for iPhones and iPods without forcing users to run Apple's own media software.

Over the course of several months, Apple has claimed the very for iPhone Wallpaper.

Apple addresses for iPhone Shaker app’s release

Apple's App Store, often blasted for being slow and excessively conservative in its approval process, is now apologizing for having approved a game where players kill babies by shaking them to death.

Baby Shaker

The Baby Shaker app was pulled two days after it was approved this Monday following a barrage of complaints forced Apple to both take the app down and issue an apology, which was reported by CNET.

"This application was deeply offensive and should not have been approved for distribution on the App Store," the company said. " When we learned of this mistake, the app was removed immediately. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and thank our customers.

This one-of-a-kind zebrawood iPhone case won't protect your iPhone from shocks or drops, but it will fit your iPhone like a glove…that's made of wood…and looks sorta like a zebra…also made of wood.

Hulu App for the iPhone

I guess I should start off with explaining what Hulu is for those of you living under a rock. Hulu is a legal online source for television shows. You can watch full length episodes of the Thee Office, Family Guy, Fring, Saturday Night Live… and much more. The only downside with Hulu is that it is currently only available for people located in the United States… This means that Canadians are out of luck for the time being .

The Hulu app which is apparently in the works would allow iPhone users to have TV shows streamed to their iPhone or iPod Touch over WiFi, as well as over the 3G wireless network for iPhone users. I would guess that this app is still a few months away. It was orginally rumored to come out last year but that never happened and the prospect of the app was completely denied by Hulu. This time around the idea of a Hulu App ist far more realistic, with the upcoming iPhone OS 3.0 software update, which lets developers embed streaming media into their applications. For Hulu, this means that the advertising could be stuck into the mobile stream and that users would be able to watch videos without leaving the application iPhone Wallpaper.

Barack is Getting a BlackBerry

I just read that Barack Obama will be getting a customized ultra-secure BlackBerry 8830. The NSA is currently ensuring that its encryption software is up to code (no pun intended). It could take a few months before he actually gets it, but it looks like he will be using it for email, text and phone with other people

who have special secure software loaded on their devices. The list of people who would have this software includes Michelle Obama and top white house aides. Obama has been known to use an older model BlackBerry as well as a special NSA handheld known as the Sectera Edge from General Dynamics Corp. The use of his current blackberry device requires it to be connected to the Sectera Edge, making for one big and ugly phone. The new blackberry 8830 will be easier to use, less bulky, and secure. I always pictured Barack as more of an Apple guy; oh well…

Apple’s iPod Touch sales surging recently, selling almost as well as the iPhone

Sales of Apple's iPod touch, once discounted as a pricey niche product, have more than doubled over the past 12 months to rates nearly in line with the iPhone, fueled by an explosion of attractive gaming titles on the App Store that are boosting overall multi-touch device shipments into Nintendo DS territory.

iPod Touch

Though largely overlooked in light of repeated cookie-cutter comments on the netbook space, Apple for the second time in as many months Wednesday offered data sufficient for breaking out sales of its touch-screen iPod, something it has historically avoided in an effort
